2. Analysis of the possible reasons

l Engine failure: the engine cannot start or the power take-off is damaged.

3. Find the fault.
When the self loading mixer has some fault, it should be stopped for inspection. We can judge whether there is any abnormal noise from the transmission shaft to the reducer parts through listening and check whether the hydraulic oil tank oil level is too low or the pipeline has a serious oil leakage. Move the the servo rod of the oil pump forwards and backwards to see if the tank body rotates
4. Emergency measures
If the self loading mixer machine can’t be repaired before the concrete is solidified, emergency measures should be taken immediately:
  • Connect the "emergency oil pipe" to unload the concrete when the motor and reducer are free of faults.
  • If there is something wrong with the motor and reducer, open the manhole cover. If the manhole cover is not under the tank, you need to open a hole at the bottom of the front cone of the tank.
At the same time, pour a large amount of clean water into the feed port, flush the concrete in the tank until no concrete flows out from the tank. A small amount of residual concrete in the tank needs to be manually cleaned and after the complete cleaning, re-weld the cut part to the tank body.

How to Extend Service Life of Self Loading Mixer

2. Hydraulic system. The hydraulic oil should be replaced regularly and the filter element should be replaced at the same time. Remember that the engine must be stopped when refueling or changing oil, otherwise it will cause damage to the hydraulic system.
3. Before starting the self loading mixer, check the oil level of the cooler and reducer to ensure that the oil level indicator is within the visual range; check the sealing of the hydraulic oil circuit and keep the hydraulic system clean and sealed to avoid contamination by dust particles and water.
