How to Maintain Hot Mix Asphalt Plant For Sale

 The hot mix asphalt plant for sale is of complicated system and has a harsh operating environment. To ensure that there are fewer equipment failures, the crew need to do the regular inspection and maintenance well.

Daily maintenance:

1. Lubricate the equipment according to the lubrication schedule.

2. Check the vibrating screen according to the maintenance instructions.

3. Check for leaks in the gas pipeline.

4. Check if the pipes for the overflow of the large particles is blocked.

5. After stopping the equipment, clean the discharge door of the mixing tank.

6. Check and tighten all bolts and nuts.
