Therefore, diesel engines require sufficient fuel supply pressure from the fuel injection pump, good atomization of the injector, and reasonable throttle control to ensure complete fuel combustion.

2. Avoid operating the engine in a high-temperature environment. The engine generally requires a normal operating temperature of 80°C to 95°C. If the temperature is too high, the engine oil will become thinner and the engine oil will deteriorate faster. Once the temperature is found to be too high, it must be stopped for inspection, and normal work can continue until the fault is eliminated.

HOW TO CLEAN THE VEHICLE AFTER USING

After use, it is very important to clean the self loading transit mixer promptly and thoroughly to ensure that no concrete residue accumulates or is clogged inside the mixing drum, while maintaining the operating efficiency of the vehicle and the quality of the concrete. The following are general cleaning steps:

Drive away from the construction site: Before starting cleaning, drive the mixer truck away from the construction site to ensure that no new concrete is poured into the mixing drum.

Dumping Concrete Residues: At a cleaning station or designated dumping area, completely dump the mixer drum to remove all concrete residue.

Inject clean water: Inject an appropriate amount of clean water into the mixing drum, then start the mixing drum and let the clean water rotate in the mixing drum to clean the drum wall and mixing blades.

High-pressure flushing: If conditions permit, you can use a high-pressure water gun to flush the mixing drum to more thoroughly remove residual concrete and dirt.

Repeated cleaning: If there are still stubborn concrete residues in the mixing drum, you can clean it multiple times until the inside is clean and free of residue.

Clean the exterior: In addition to the inside of the mixing drum, you also need to clean the exterior of the vehicle, including the body and tires. Cleaning the exterior helps prevent concrete from hardening and vehicle corrosion.

Inspection and maintenance: During the cleaning process, check the hydraulic system, rotating device and other key components of the mixer truck for abnormalities or damage. If problems are found, repair them in time.

Storage and maintenance: After cleaning, the self propelled concrete mixer truck should be stored in a dry, well-ventilated place. Carry out regular maintenance and upkeep on the mixer truck to ensure long-term reliable operation of the vehicle.
